Liminal Air - Black Weight /2012

The installation of black strings is an attempt to interpret what shadows would look like if they were actual material.
This work visualizes the relation between the mass and space of darkness( black) in space and enables visitors to experience pressure and gravity.
Two viewpoints are possible with this work: One is that of the people wandering inside the darkness.
The other is of the people who watch this scene.
In everydaylife, darkness is not usually perceived as a thing, but shadows always exist
alongside objects, and this work focuses on the quality and quantity of the darkness which we are not normally conscious of.
